01
We Start by Understanding Your Wedding
Before we recommend a team, we understand the celebration.
Once you get in touch, we first ask you to tell us about your wedding. We want context before we quote.
- Your wedding dates and number of events
- Venues, locations and guest count
- The scale of the celebration and event requirements
- Your expectations and any specific photo or film needs
Your wedding determines the team, not the other way around.
02
Your Wedding Gets Its Own Creative Plan
We do not believe every wedding needs the same approach.
We look at the people, the scale, the pace, the logistics, the visual direction and the kind of experience you want to have with photography during the celebration.
That is how we curate the right coverage instead of offering a one-size-fits-all package.
03
Once You Are Booked, We Get to Know You
Your wedding is about more than a timeline.
After booking, we send a deeper questionnaire focused on you, your families, your rituals, your people, your plans and the moments you absolutely do not want us to miss.
Sometimes the most important photograph is not part of the official schedule. We want to know that in advance.
04
The Story Design Call
Before we photograph your story, we design how we want to experience it.
This is where we understand your visual language: the photographs you are drawn to, the kind of films and movement you connect with, your lighting preferences, colour palette and how involved or unobtrusive you want the team to be.
If we do not understand what you are looking for, we cannot consistently create it.
05
We Build Your Visual Direction
Your references become a creative language.
We study your references, whether they lean documentary, editorial, intimate, dramatic, minimal or cinematic. We do not copy them. We translate the common thread into a direction that works for your wedding.
06
We Learn Who Matters Most
We do not want important people to become strangers in a crowd.
Before the wedding, we ask you to share photographs of the family and friends who matter most. This helps the team recognise parents, grandparents, siblings, closest friends and people with real emotional significance.
07
We Turn Everything Into a Wedding Brief
Good preparation allows our team to be present when it matters.
We consolidate everything into an internal brief: preferences, important people, rituals, must-capture moments, portrait needs, creative references and family dynamics.
So when the team arrives, they are not starting from zero.
08
We Help Make Your Timeline Work
Sometimes the best photography decision happens before the wedding day.
We review the event flow and suggest changes when needed, like moving portraits earlier to create better light, more energy, less pressure and more room for creative imagery.
We do not simply follow your timeline. We help you build one that works.
09
We Plan the Moments Before They Happen
The best photographs are not always created in the moment.
If there is a surprise, an interview, an important ritual, simultaneous events or a portrait that truly matters, we plan for it in advance so the team spends less time figuring things out and more time documenting well.

An In-House Team, With One Project Manager
One team. One point of contact. One connected experience.
Luxe Love Studio works as one in-house production team across photography, cinematography, project management, post-production, albums and delivery.
Your Project Manager stays with you from onboarding to final delivery, so communication remains clear and connected throughout.
11
Your Wedding Day
By the time we arrive, the team already knows what matters.
We know where to be, who to watch, which moments matter, what visual direction you value and where the team needs to divide. We create when necessary, disappear when necessary and stay present for the moments that cannot be recreated.
12
The Story Continues After the Wedding
Your experience does not end when the cameras stop.
After the wedding, your project moves into our in-house post-production workflow: selection, editing, cinematic post-production, review, revisions and final delivery.
Your Project Manager remains your point of contact through this stage too.
13
Final Delivery
The final result should feel as considered as the experience that created it.
When everything is ready, your photographs, films, albums and agreed deliverables are prepared for final delivery with the same care we bring to the first conversation: thoughtful, organised and personal.
It is finished when you have a body of work that feels like your wedding.
