At Luxe Love Studio, we understand that wedding plans can sometimes change. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after a non-refundable advance payment is received.
The advance secures your date and our commitment to your project.
2. Cancellation by Client
30 days or more before the event:
Advance payment is non-refundable.
Any additional amount paid beyond the advance will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before the event:
No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Luxe Love Studio
In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund including the advance.
We will also assist in recommending an alternative photographer if possible.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to our availability.
If we are available on the new date, the advance payment will be adjusted accordingly.
If unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
5. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations
If the client fails to show up or cancels less than 48 hours before the shoot/event, no refund will be issued.
6. Delivery and Dissatisfaction
Once services are rendered and deliverables (photos/videos) are handed over, no refund will be issued.
We are committed to quality, and any concerns should be communicated during the review stage. Minor edits can be made within the scope of the original agreement.
